How to find a studio near your hotel

The page runs by city, then by area. Within each city the services that come to your hotel are named first, because a reader in a hotel room late in the evening usually wants that answer before any other. The studios with a fixed address follow, grouped by the district each one gives in its own listing. Where a studio publishes no area, the page says so. No district is guessed from a street name.

Adult massage is the phrase people type into a search bar, but no studio in this guide uses it about itself. Their listings use their own words: erotic, sensual, nuru, body to body, tantra, lingam and four hands. Nuru is a Japanese style worked with a smooth gel. Four hands means two therapists work together in one session. Lingam and yoni are Sanskrit words for the male and the female body that tantra studios use on their menus.

The menu words are the quickest way to see what an adult massage studio says it offers, and its own listing is the limit of what this page reports. The therapist sets the limits of a session, and nothing is owed beyond what was agreed before it started.

Adult Massage: Hanoi area by area

Hanoi has the longest list in this guide. Two services come to the hotel by their own listing. Massage Nuru Hanoi publishes every day from 10:00 to 02:00 and answers by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail and its website; its menu words are erotic, sensual, nuru, body to body and tantra. Tantra Massage Hanoi also comes to the hotel, lists sensual, tantra and lingam, and is reached through its website only.

In Hoan Kiem, the district around the lake and the Old Quarter, there are two addresses. Lingam Massage Hoan Kiem is at 29 Trang Tien and lists erotic, sensual, tantra and lingam. Mr. Spa Massage Hanoi is on the third floor of 64 Bach Dang Street in Hong Ha Ward. For adult massage close to an Old Quarter hotel, these are the two addresses to compare.

• Ba Dinh: J Spa Massage, 168 Ngoc Khanh, Giang Vo, with erotic, sensual and nuru on its menu.
• Hai Ba Trung: Xuka Massage, 62 Hoa Ma, sensual and nuru.
• Cau Giay: Rosespa Vietnam, Lane 167 Duong Quang Ham, Quan Hoa, nuru.
• Thanh Xuan: Nuru Massage Osuka, in an alley off Nguyen Thi Dinh, Nhan Chinh, sensual and nuru.

Vip Massage Eva publishes no address and no area, so ask where it is when you book.

Saigon by district, from District 1 outward

Saigon has two services that come to the hotel. Massage Nuru Ho Chi Minh publishes every day from 10:00 to 02:00, answers on phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail and its website, and names sensual, nuru, body to body, tantra, lingam and four hands. Massage at Home also comes to the hotel, publishes no hours, and lists erotic, sensual, nuru, body to body, tantra and lingam. For adult massage in a room in a District 1 tower or a serviced flat further out, these are the two to ask first.

In District 1, Venus Massage is on Pham Ngu Lao and lists erotic, sensual and tantra. Massage Nuru District 1 gives District 1 as its address without a street, and lists nuru.

• Thao Dien, District 2: Tantra massage Thao Dien, 6 Street 4 Press Village, with erotic, sensual, nuru, tantra and lingam.
• Tan Binh: Xuka Massage Saigon, 143 Dong Den, Ward 11, near the airport side of the city.
• District 11: Hoa Kieu, in Minh Phung Ward, sensual and lingam.
• Go Vap: Massage Go Vap, which publishes its area but no street address.

For a studio without a street address, ask for it when you book and write it down before you order a car.

Da Nang by the beach, then two more cities

Da Nang has three listings. Massage Nuru Da Nang comes to the hotel by its own listing, publishes every day from 10:00 to 02:00, and answers on phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail and its website. Its menu words are sensual, nuru, body to body, tantra, lingam and four hands. For adult massage in a beachfront hotel room, it is the only Da Nang service here that says it travels.

The other two are by My Khe beach, and both give number 30 on the My Khe street as their address. Luci massage names no menu words and answers by phone, WhatsApp and e-mail. Massage Nuru Đà Nẵng My Khe lists nuru and the same three channels. Neither publishes hours, so ask before you set out.

Can Tho has one studio. Massage So 1 Can Tho is in Cai Khe, Ninh Kieu, publishes every day from 10:00 to 23:00, lists sensual, and answers by phone and website.

Hai Phong has one studio too. MassageClub193 is on Van Cao in Hai An, lists erotic, sensual and tantra, and answers by phone and website. It publishes no hours. There is no more adult massage listed in either city, and nothing is added to fill the space.

A studio nearby or a visit to your room

Start from where you sleep. If your hotel is in Hoan Kiem, District 1 or by My Khe, the studios in the same area are the short trip. If you are further out, or it is late, a service that comes to the hotel saves the journey. Choosing an adult massage this way is mostly a question of distance and of the hour.

For a studio, Grab is the usual way across Hanoi, Saigon and Da Nang. Copy the address from the listing into the app rather than typing it, and show the driver the screen if the pin lands in the wrong place. Many studios sit up a staircase or down an alley, so ask the studio for a landmark or a floor number when you book. Mr. Spa Massage Hanoi, for one, gives the third floor in its address.

For a visit to your room, the general practice is simple. Give the service your hotel name and the room number, and check your hotel's rule on visitors first: some ask guests to register a visitor at reception, some do not allow them after a set hour. That rule belongs to the hotel, not to the service. An adult massage at the hotel also needs a little space and a clean towel or two; the service will say what it brings.

Adult Massage: which studios open late

Only some studios publish hours, and those that do tend to run late. The latest published closing is Massage Go Vap in Saigon, open every day from 10:00 to 05:00. Mr. Spa Massage Hanoi publishes 09:00 to 04:00 on Monday and Tuesday; its other days are not published.

A group publishes every day from 10:00 to 02:00:

• Massage Nuru Hanoi, Massage Nuru Ho Chi Minh and Massage Nuru Da Nang, the three Massage Nuru services that come to the hotel.
• Rosespa Vietnam in Cau Giay, Hanoi.
• Hoa Kieu in District 11, Saigon.

Xuka Massage Saigon in Tan Binh publishes every day from 11:00 to 02:00. J Spa Massage in Ba Dinh publishes 10:00 to 21:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, with Friday not published, so it is the earlier evening choice. Massage So 1 Can Tho closes at 23:00.

Every other studio in this guide publishes no hours at all. For them, the hour is a question to ask when you book. A late adult massage is easier to arrange with a message sent in the early evening than at midnight, and a studio that publishes a closing time may still stop taking bookings before it. If you are after adult massage after the last published hour, a service that comes to the hotel is the one to ask.

Booking, and what to ask in dong

Each studio lists its own channels, and the page shows them beside each listing. The three Massage Nuru services, in Hanoi, Saigon and Da Nang, list phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, e-mail and a website. Massage Go Vap and Mr. Spa Massage Hanoi also list Telegram. Several studios list only a phone and a website, and Tantra Massage Hanoi lists a website alone. A written message on WhatsApp or Telegram leaves a record of what was agreed, which helps when booking adult massage in a language that is not your own.

No studio in this guide publishes a price in its listing, so this page gives no figure. Ask three things before you confirm:

• The length of the session, in minutes.
• What the session includes, in the studio's own menu words.
• The price in dong, and whether a hotel visit costs more.

For a studio, a few hours' notice is usually enough on a weekday; for a hotel visit, or a late slot at the weekend, message earlier in the day. Give your name, the time and, for a visit, the hotel and room number. An adult massage booked this way starts with both sides knowing the length and the price, and that agreement is what the session is.
